The purpose of this website is to generate a quote for the products you select. After creating an account with Avalon Gaming, you will be able to see pricing and select items to add to your editable shopping cart which will produce a printable quote upon checkout. After making all your selections and editing your shopping cart for any changes, click “Get a Quote” to finalize and receive your printable quote. At this time, you will be prompted to provide the shipping address. You will not be prompted to provide financial payment information online, as you will have already created your account with us to initiate your quote. Your completed quote request will be forwarded by email to our sales team for assistance in finalizing your purchase. All shipping, and any applicable taxes and fees will be added to your final invoice.

Shipping, Taxes, and Fees
Please note that all shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees are not included with your quote. All shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees will be added to your final invoice.
Payment, Pricing, and Terms
Payment terms are prepayment or net 30 with approved credit. Past due invoices are subject to late payment service charge computed at 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate) on the total amount past due. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted do not include shipping or any applicable taxes or fees. In some cases, additional charges may apply for crating, artwork, setup, or design services.
Custom Orders or special orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order. Custom or special orders cannot be returned, and customers are obligated to accept all special order products whether shipped, in inventory, or in manufacturing. In some cases, custom or special orders may require full payment in advance.
Prior authorization from Avalon Gaming is required for all returns. Returns must be made with Avalon-issued return label or additional freight costs may be charged. Returns may be subject to restocking fees. Custom items cannot be returned. Claims for damage or shortage must be made within five days of receipt. Retain all packing materials in the event of damage or shortage.
